About Montessori Country Kids

Montessori Country Kids is an authentic Montessori school, where each child is embraced for the unique person they are and given the tools to thrive in today's world. After opening in 2008 as a family business with family values at its core, the passionate team at MCK has grown the school from strength to strength, committing fully to our vision of a better future for every child. By maintaining small class ratios, we strive to truly know every child and to design an individualised curriculum that suits their developing needs, acknowledges their strengths, guides their learning and captures their interests. We believe that everyone should find joy in learning and that a thirst for knowledge is vital in today's world. We encourage innovation and open thinking, while also striving to facilitate truly meaningful hands-on learning experiences.

Every child is treated with respect and love, and in turn is guided to show these to others as well as the environment around us. We aim to create a happy learning environment where children can flourish and become the best versions of themselves.

At Montessori Country Kids, we incorporate practical life skills, as well as movement, into our daily life. Children are shown how to use conflict resolution skills and calming techniques, such as Yoga to help them focus. We encourage children to express themselves and gain the confidence to truly shine as they are meant to, embrace their responsibility as global citizens, and feel gratitude for their place in the world. The children are our future and we aim to equip them to make it a brighter future than we can imagine.
